As ZimAll, our responsibilities are to:

  2. provide payment and delivery options that are convenient to the buyer

  3. Continue developing the system to keep up with the technology curve and to improve the customer experience.

  4. Market the platform and the products

As the merchant, your responsibilities are to:

  1. respond to orders sent to you in a timely manner

  2. provide correct information and prices on the products you will be selling

  3. continuously update stock levels for your products listed online

  4. focus on growing your business

Costs

  • Listing your products on ZimAll is free of charge. However, if you wish to have our personnel manage and list products for you, a monthly fee will be charged.

  • We will charge commissions for every sale that goes through Zimall and you may also pay for any charges incurred in transferring the payment to you for orders below $20. Commissions are currently ranging from 5 - 10% of the sale amount depending on the nature of the product. Transfer charges depend on the method you have chosen to get paid ( e.g. Ecocash, Bank ) and they only apply to orders below $20.

  1. Your company name, registration number, contact details, address, logo and a brief description of your company

  2. We need your catalogue with pictures, prices and full product descriptions
